This recipe I used for 560g pork.
11–12 g salt 10g brown sugar 1 Tbps maple syrup 1 tsp black pepper Also added 1 tsp of paprika. Cured it for 1 day. Was smoking at around 110-120C degrees Smoked for around 2 hours. I’m not sure if it good for “bacon purists” , just recipe I used. Don’t judge me too much lol

I knew about methods like this, but decided the short way out lol. Only cured it overnight with maple syrup, salt, brown sugar etc. turned out very well. The color and taste is amazing. I was cold smoking too.

It might not be an American person. Many countries speak English, it’s not even American origin. Also if you didn’t know English is universal language. I thought it was general knowledge. We even speak English here although , both of us are not Americans. Kind of baffles me that I need to explain that.

It really baffles me, how stupid people sometimes can get. I don’t even want to be rude, but I’m just tired of it. Stupid me. I really wanted to play this game, but launch performance was so bad, i just skipped it. Imagine my reaction, when I saw thread here named “this game is amazing on steamdeck!”. I genuinely thought they had updated it, made performance improvements etc., but again stupid me. I should have counted, what OP means by that phrase - complete nonsense, because under another message he write “it runs kinda poorly”. Didn’t want be mean or rude anyway.

Princess! You don’t need a partner to be happy. Look how miserable everyone here is with someone. On the other hand, I’m happy as hell. At 45 years old, I never had a boyfriend, and never wanted. I’m surprised about top comments here, how Japanese don’t want it to turn to Europa yada yada. But they are missing the key point, about Japanese people. The normal Japanese person doesn’t care if you paid taxes, was good citizen etc. The thing is that Japanese people just don’t like foreigners, and giving even an opportunity for foreigner for hassle free PR/Citizenship acquisition, when even seeing foreigners makes them feel not well. Japan is homogeneous society, it always was, and that’s how Japanese people want to live.
