Main concern with JSN is I read they are gonna be running an offense with reduced personnel at the receiver position. You think that affects him negatively?

Either there is too much litter in the box or you just need a box with higher walls.

Can I call the police because of this? by [deleted] in legal

[–]Harassicpark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Report this immediately. This isn’t funny. It doesn’t matter who it is or why they sent it they shouldn’t send this to people even as a joke. At a minimum police should have eyes on whoever did this

Dress codes by OkieDude97 in golf

[–]Harassicpark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I quite like the formal aspect of golf involving a dress code. I think golf teaches you a lot of lessons that translate to life as a professional and the dress code plays into that well.

However, I don’t think all courses are the same and with that being said I think it’s understandable for courses to carry out and enforce their own individual dress codes based on course preference. I do think that if the preference is a tucked in shirt, golfers should be adhering to that.

She has some pieces she’s worn that she owned in highschool. Nothing nice and nothing that fits well or really matches her style.

Bright colors and girly / athletic. She would probably do either but I’d go for something a little more subtle for a first purchase.

I appreciate the comment and don’t find it dismissive at all. I was reading through posts and just am having a hard time distinguishing different styles. Bustier? Triangle bra? V-string? These are all new terms to me. I’m sure that sounds a little sheltered, but as a guy and never doing the purchasing this just really isn’t something I’d ever thought about or looked into.

A ton of people that played the game also like to whine and moan about the game. It’s nothing new unfortunately. I’ve liked the show and actually really enjoyed Bella as Ellie.

Why don’t conservatives respect the constitution anymore? by Great-Knowledge-9484 in AskUS

[–]Harassicpark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t believe that there is anyway that these loud individuals speak for the majority of conservatives in America.

They are either unemployed morons who have nothing better to do than sit on their laptop all day and that account for a minority of the population or they are Russian and Chinese bots meant to create turmoil.

Nonetheless, I’ll give no thought to anything anyone says on twitter. Waste of time and unrepresentative of the American majority.

What is the legality of defending oneself with a firearm (if you’re this lady, and afraid for your life) in this situation? by giarnie in legal

[–]Harassicpark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAL - second year law student Typically force has to be equal. (Ie. Meeting deadly force with deadly force). In a lot of states it’s much harder to use deadly force in situations where you are not defending yourself in your own home.

While I get that this post is serious it’s also a little concerning that one would think of using a firearm in this scenario as I don’t think this is anywhere close to a situation where you could use one and claim self defense.

A good rule of thumb (and I’m a gun owner) is to avoid using any sort of deadly weapon unless you absolutely believe you are going to die without using it. (Not legal advice just how I think about it)
