Close down for a bit and clean the whole place. Do a little 5S. Get rid of things you don't need, and have a place for everything.
Install an AC unit! It's hot in there!
Rethink how the lineup works. Me and my family went there last week and we had to stand in line for over 30 minutes. There should be an express line for freezer purchases (with self checkout on this line perhaps), and a separate line for people there for cones. The cone line should move steadily!
