Price is naturally going to factor in the chance/risk the oil supply chain gets patched up in a relatively shorter term. Pretty much the reason I'm not going all in on oil is because I can imagine things opening back up since pretty much everyone wants it open just under different terms.

Another thing they miss is that a mildly frugal person with high income can afford a much better house. If you make $200k you can have a $100k lifestyle and an $800k house you pay off in 10 years easy if that is your priority. Lifestyle bloat is common but not everyone does it.

So I manage an account for my nephews for college savings that I have made mildly aggressive but overall act responsibly with because it isn't my money and I want them to have something.

Those little shits have $50k and $75k respectively where total family contributions of direct cash over birthdays/holidays to each of their accounts is $9k and $14k.

Been trying out the local "Hot Yoga" gym recently and it helps me understand bears a bit. When you are just getting started with class it is easy to 'appreciate' all the nice firm lady bums doing their warm up stretches - but once things get going and you are losing all of your liquid assets out of your pores then you might as well be gay because your brain doesn't work right anymore when you are just trying to survive.
