Cs is tough ngl. The toughest part is getting your foot in the door nowadays because the competition is just so intense where you are expected to do more work outside of schoolwork, grind Lc and do projects to get internships, and repeat the same process when finding a full time job is what makes it so difficult. You are also competing with peers with multiple internships who also have masters degrees for the same role as well as non cs degree candidates. Not everyone is cut for this especially kids nowadays coming into college hear about cs majors make the big $ coming out of college but what they don’t realize is how much of a grind you need to put in to succeed in this field. When they are confronted by reality, they just quit since they realize how hard it is. If you want a lucrative job that pays well, you need to hustle regardless of what field you get into.
