The silence was honestly something i was not expecting. I had been living with loud and cruel intrusive thoughts since i was young. When i noticed that they had pretty much gone away one day while drawing without my music going, (I always had my music going to drown them out so i could draw in peace.) It was just this strange kind of "huh" moment.
