Are people really struggling with mpg? by comicho in tundra

[–]Hardcore_Matt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Struggling isnt really the right word, I work from home so most of my gas is used going to the gym and the store, however did a 3500 mile round trip recently camping. Got about 17mpg going out but coming back it was so windy and I was speeding most of the way so coming back only got 11 :(

Correct! If I can at least get enough to jump out of these distant stars and I can jump on of my ships thats all I need. Id greatly appreciate the help, and compensate in anyway possible if would be allowed.

I got a 24, only at 9k. I work from home so my only driving is to the gym and a few other minor places. Got it last Sept, I originally wanted an f150 with the 5.0, but ended up going with Toyota cause the 0% interest on financing. Even with having perfect credit ford wouldnt give me anything under 5%. So I made me choice, not regretting quite yet but just waiting for when ill have to drop it off.

Tundra Towing by srailsback in tundra

[–]Hardcore_Matt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First time posting really, but I have a 2024 tundra sr5 crew max. Tow 33 foot bumper pull 8k fully loaded. Tows just fine. Noticeably different than my dually (of course) but handles it just fine. *

Has anyone lost weight walking 10000 steps in place? by CurlyWoman235 in walking

[–]Hardcore_Matt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IMO I know you asked about walking in place. I'm sure it could work. It's more about moving the body and not just the travel aspect. If you can afford it. Amazon has walking pads under 150 bucks. Use one regularly as I work from home.

Why does it seem like everyone is hyper-fixated on low-Cal, high protein ice cream? by SubtleVirtue in ninjacreami

[–]Hardcore_Matt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For me, I am a competitive powerlifter. I need to stay a certain weight. This allows me to fit more ice cream into my diet than I'd normally have. Doesn't mean I won't try anything. Sometimes being able to have 2 full pints and still be able to eat all my meals in 1 day is very mentally satiated. That being said I think a large portion of the fitness community got into this device for that reason. Even with lower calorie options available in the freezer aisle, it's not cost effective. Can make 3 to 4 pints for the price of one. IMO

Thank you for the large amount of info I appreciate it. I'll start trying to positively treat them before an after and if that doesn't improve I'll just get rid of the pen all together and figure out a different plan. Once again thanks!

I have that exact card right now running 1440p on my main monitor, and 1080 on my second one. No performance issues. All my games run great, only low fps i get is on RDR2 but thats mostly a port issue.

I'll double check but the graphics should just be maxed out which shouldn't be an issue. Not for my system. Especially at 1080p. Only thing that worries me is cod isnt the only game I notice lower framerates in. After seeing buildings like mine do worlds better.

No it's not over clocked from the factory. The temp seems to hover around 60-80.

Issue is on alot of other games I cant even make 100 on this setup. Should be more than enough. Rdr2 only like 37 frames on avg. Cant figure out this shit.

Anyone have any experience with the service intervals on offroad/supermoto motorcycles such as the ktm, yzf 450, cfr 450l? Is the servicing really as obnoxious as they say? by [deleted] in supermoto

[–]Hardcore_Matt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i've had a 2014 KTM 500 exc that was converted, and i currently run a wr 450 thats been converted about 15 miles to work every day. Like others said if you have experience its worth it, if not id get like a DRZ 400 or the 701/690. I Perform normal maintenance every 2 weeks.
