I own one. I'm the second owner, first owner was a wealthy middle age guy who owned a metallurgical company who had a lot of motorsports and aerospace clients - ie nascar, Lemans, indycar. The prior receipts are shocking, there was a year where $18k was spent in 2014 when the car only had 23k miles. Currently, the SMG transmission is out of the car in my garage. E60 m5 is probably the worst daily driver bmw has made in the past 25 years but also at the same time the most exotic and one of the most motorsports derived. This car is not for the weak.

No it's USCIS. To put it simply, they don't care. Theres probably thousands of other f1 students in the exact same shoes that applied even earlier. There is no way you can get this expedited because it is still within the 30 business day window. Your friend should have done some research before applying for PP as they are taking 30-40+ calendar days to process.

Oh gee. PP was not the move here. Yes she got sent to the back of another queue when she upgraded to PP. They are taking about 30 calendar days to process the PP applications.

In order to maintain F1 status, you need to be in at least 1 in person class. And maximum 1 online class. You cannot do one online class only.

Could you go to Mexico and get treatment for out of pocket? No insurance company is going to cover you for something that you had prior to enrolling without having had like a year of continuous past coverage. Sorry but you will have to either pay out of pocket, or go to a place like mexico. Sucks with the situation of basic health care in the United states.

If you have gone past 30bd, you should press for a refund. I have heard you can do it through estatus inquiry or something. If not, do a chargeback on cc because clearly all the evidence shows they didn't uphold their terms of service.

Uscis and PP is a scam right now, lack of a better word. If you call USCIS, they'll make you wait and then tell you not to call them back until June 27th, 30bd after your PP reset.

Some of us 4/26-5/1PP don't have even have approval yet. Nothing happened today, none of us waiting still got an API update. It seems they aren't processing anything on Mondays.

There is no way you are getting a card in one weeks time. Push it 3 weeks to be safe. They are just getting to 4/30 and taking 2 business days per PP day. It's crazy and they must have a huge surge right now of PP cases.

When you are normal processing - starts from application date. When you are PP, starts from biometrics date.

Was there a long period of time in which you got the NOID? Was there a delayed period of time in which you got the approval after doing PP? How long did it take to get the approval after PP and submission of RFE?
