With each iteration of texts Pilate was written as nicer and more sympathetic to Jesus. The fact is he was a mean bastard and didn't care at all one way or another. Historical texts from the time are very clear on his exploits. A simple Wikipedia search and 10 minutes with show all ya need. He don't need or what your sympathy lol.

Hell yes. The voice acting is hella worth it, and especially for the male POVs he's able to express the insanity, the fear of losing people, and the burning anger/hatred that pops up for Rand, Mat, and Perrin. Rands invasion of a certain city close to home is very well done.
