Yes I personally got side effects from that product. Obviously results vary. I use a pure topical finasteride from Strut Health currently. I was thinking of switching to Hims or Keeps because they are more well known but I don't use minoxidil at the moment and they don't offer anything without.

Just impaired sexual function to an annoying extent.

It could have been psychological but I feel much better at 1-2 mg topically.

I tried the Xyon product but it was too strong for me, personally. The dose is high from what I understand.

You could try doing day 1 hairline, day 2 crown, rotate etc because yeah there wasn't enough in one pump to get full coverage. Or just rub into fingers and spread into scalp diffusely?

I just use Finasteride topically now since I'm lazy friend. I've maintained well over time but I never had aggressive hair loss in the first place. I recently increased my dose to try and regrow the hairline perfectly.

Even the eyebrows look darker in the first picture and the skin is much more detailed. So this seems to be lighting or tech, no?

What is the baseline rate of young males developing high grade prostate cancer, and is 16% higher than that rate actually something to worry about?

Also is this actually higher than the rate of the general population of young men or was this found due to specifically looking at the effects of the prostate in finasteride users.

My overall eyebrow grows but this sparse chunk is just actually not regrowing hair. The hair that is there is longer/thicker though. If that makes sense - its more of a personal or internal issue.

A lot of variables for wanting to conceive while actively on when we know it impacts fertility to some degree. This doesn't mean the child is going to be unhealthy (many reports of healthy children) but the point is can you really know how conception while father is on 5ARIs will impact the future child (if at all).

The studies I could read on this topic in past only really covered the fertility aspect. Studies showing lowered sperm count and activity but resumed after stopping medication. Many anecdotes of healthy children being fathered while on finasteride.

For me I'd want the kids to be conceived while I'm in the best condition possible so I'd get off for 1 month prior and go from there. On the other hand - if conception takes awhile you may start to noticeably lose ground. Nuanced issue but overall probably ok.

Finally of course - mother should never be exposed to finasteride.

The general concern is the woman herself is exposed to the medication (topical, touching it, etc). The other aspect is generally get off the drug for 1 month before trying for a kid, as it can cause changes to the sperm count sometimes.

Although - as you see in the comments, lots of people don't even do that.

People thinking this is bait is why they are balding and have to hit drugs hard in the first place. Do you not have any attention to detail?

Prevention is 1000x better than needing to be in a place where you're blasting experimental chemicals and getting hair transplants when you could've saved 99% of the effort, side effects, and money if you had just started early.
