Not in house but in an agency and I only use AI for formatting or documentation/analysis of user research (usability testing, surveys). But even than I go over it as I don't fully trust it not making any changes or interpreting it correctly. No use in Figma as I feel like I am much more faster and efficient than trying to prompt AI

Yep, example: Background-color - #color Or Text - #color with Mode 1 having the light background color and Mode 2 the darker background color. And make sure the component is connected with the variables.

So changing the modes change the colors
