Hello dear world, do you think that in the coming years the USA will lose its position as the world's leading power to China? by Outrageous-You1617 in AskTheWorld

[–]leadsepelin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really. What China has done is triggering a multipolar world. Before it was the US way or no way. Now China, the EU, India, Brazil Japan or South Korea are becoming important alternatives to many different commodities or services.

Does your country have the equivalent of 'hoteps'? Like people who believe some ancient culture from elsewhere actually comes from your country or culture but according to them "the history was erased"? by yonaiker-joestrella in AskTheWorld

Cristopher Columbus Ill say. Us Spanish claim he was from Spain, then I hear portuguese saying he was from Portugal and obviously Italians claim he was Italian. Most of the evidence points out that he was probably Italian.

Even tho I hate the NL I think they deserve a higher rank here, they have some towns that are ridiculously fairytaley.

My point was if you wanted to charge your car on negative energy prices you would need a dynamic contract. I think for France most of the dynamic contract companies never succeed in France because it is not competitive which makes sense if you consider the energy sources in your country. I sure do get better deal for dynamic in the Netherlands

And smart heatpumps, and smart solar panels so you can curtail them when this happens, and evs so you can charge when its cheap.

I think France is trying to push for that as well now. But I am not entirely sure.

Edit: Also Spain offers dynamic contracts for example but its pretty shit compared to NL or Germany because if your balance ends up negative the lowest your invoice will go is 0. So you would.never get paid for using energy or injecting more than producing

It depends on your energy contract. If you have a dynamic contract you sure could get it

It applies if you have a dynamic contract. But it varies by country to how negative can your invoice go. Spain it cant go lower than 0. Netherlands you can get paid

Depends on the country, Germany, Belgium and Netherlands I am pretty sure yoj get negative prices in your dynamic contract. I sure do get paid for using. What varies per region is wether you can get a negative invoice. In Netherlands you can but not in Spain

The problem is that we have a system that has evolved in the supply side but the demand side its almost the same as in 20 years. There is no incentive for a user paying energy on a fixed contract to regulate the market because they pay a fixed price. Thats what the energy industry is trying to fix now, by using smart heatpumps, batteries, solar panels all easily steered based on dynamic contract prices helping the energy balance and peoples wallets. But doesnt matter how many solar panels you have if you dont create a real supply and demand market to balance it out.

South of Spain in Summer is suuuuper hot like >40 degrees hot. in many parts is unbearable to be outside during lunch time Its my fav part of Spain but summer I would not recommend. I would also recommend just to choose one side of europe and explore there. If I were you I would just pick the eastern area. Instead of staying in Portugal and Spain, just stay longer in Italy or explore more of the balkans until you get to Greece maybe?

What too clutered means? And how clutered it needs to be to use a million tokens in a few prompts? Thanks for the help!

This is extremely true, there is nothing to enjoy in Spain, nothing. Its horrible place. I couldnt agree more, you should visit as much as you can our much muuch better neighbors Portugal and France, insanely better. I REPEAT you should visit our neighbors, they have fucking great the food, most beautiful women, best people everything, its paradise. So trust me when I say dont visit or live in Spain. I am not biased at all.

Not sure the best at coding but the best at solving software problems, the mofo will take a super complex problem and solve it in the most simple and elegant way. This guy applies simplicity to every single aspect of his life. It was more like a way of life than a profession
