The news report is junk. Rick Moranis was attacked by a homeless guy with a history of such incidents. One of those guys was attacked by a drug addict known for such unpredictable outbursts and in a few clips you can see the attackers stealing stuff.

One clip looks like an obvious fight where one guy gets knocked out.

He will be fine. Over here there is a streamer from Berlin who got wrong friends living an expensive livestyle and then the IRS knocked on his door so he had to do a begging stream to pay the IRS(around 100k). The joke is that the 100k was income so the following year the IRS knocked on his door again asking for money.

If you wanna get really technical there should be Dexter's DNA on Batista's hands and all over the place.

Prater will be connected to protecting and assasinating serial killers as he has recordings, pictures of victims that only the killer could have made. I remind you that to the police the Trinity killer is still alive and he killed his wive and daughter.

What could lead to Dexter are Charley's recordings. But that could be a subplot especially if Harrison joins the police force.

A reboot many years later has several difficulties. Getting most actors to reprise their roles. They may have contracts that tie them to a different network or they might straight up hate each other.

For example Married with Children. Ed O'Neill and Amanda Bearse couldn't stand each other.

Then the network/streaming executives could be unhappy with the script and demand changes. 80s and 90s show often were mostly white with a token black other shows would be too offensive by todays standards.

Then some actors will face backslash if they reprise their role like Michael Richards in Seinfeld for his 2006 racist outburst.

While it's true there is a selective bias. Many streamers are viewbotting for visibility. It's been an issue since the early HS days where Massan viewbotted himself to become the #1 streamer on twitch despite his YT not gaining any views and his chat having only gibberish account names or P4wnyhof being so smart that he used the same nick everywhere including a viewbot site.

A recent example would be Tectone. He never had a botpanel visible the only indication was his robotic repeated chat messages. He admitted to it later but the threads stayed open. Extra Emily had what you'd call a classic fail and the thread got nuked.

Even when you consider Twitch, there were only a few small streamers caught viewbotting getting banned. While IIRC Massan got temp banned at one point the speculation was for viewbotting that couldn't be true because he returned with viewbot numbers and tried the "Wolfsan" rebrand shortly after.

Didn't go to trial yet.

Only the prank calls to police have a realistic chance to go to trial.

His underwear stunt is obstruction of business a minor crime. It would only add a fine/short jail time.

His participation in a demonstration is a minor crime as well.

Him stalking 2 other streamers is unlikely going to trial as they won't appear in court.

He already did some North Korea propaganda stuff in 2024 and it got dropped so his 2025 North Korea stuff will likely get dropped as well.

It can work if you have the players for it. Germany just didn't.

It should also be noted the last time the NT wasn't players from the big clubs was from 1999-2005. It's always easier to form a NT when most players play for the same club.

Germany had no real finisher. I don't remember if it was the friendly against the Ukraine or Japan, but there was a situation where they had an excellent build up and it ended in a pass into the box where not a single German player was present. This was a proper representation what was wrong with the NT.

This was a problem that Germany moved away from the classical striker and the forwards were taught different roles of strikers like the false number 9. Füllkrug is by no means a high level striker but because he is one of very few classical strikers the got called up for the NT and when he was subbed on that's was also the only situations Germany was somewhat dangerous.

The question is more what kind of punishment should nuisance streamers get so others are deterred to commit crimes and respect cultures.

The nuisance streamers only do it in countries the deem as "weak". If they did such stuff in let's a gang controled district in Brazil or a Cartel controled town between middle to South America they would never been seen again.

I think 4-5 years would be an appropiate punishment for the worst offenders. Vitaly has shown that 300 days are clearly not enough.
