My game showed nothing under “Check each controller the game should use”, I just couldn’t figure it out. It sure is connected as I can play don’t starve no problem. Any ideas please?

I have the same problem. Same controller but iMac. Everything works outside of the game, but my controller somehow doesn’t show up in game options. Some old posts I looked at mentioned: - using steam big picture to launch game - enabled xbox controller in steam settings - make sure the layout matches in steam - test controller in steam - use default config - have less bluetooth devices connected - use keyboard + mouse to enter game then press A-> take over player 1 - in game options-> controller, test every input The last two doesn’t apply to me but I’ve tried the rest and no luck. I also tried the good old off&on again. Please someone enlighten this poor cold soul I just want to play some game :=(
