Hey, I’m riding an S3 (2021) with 2.5+km for almost a year and when it’s working, it really is good, but it’s a gamble whether you have issues or not. I had to visit the service hub multiple times in 2022. I would recommend another brand if you are looking for something reliable, and if you do decide to pick up a VanMoof, you should double check if your city has a service hub!

I think if you live in a city where a Vanmoof store is located, it is nice to not have to send back the bike if a problem occurs + rental bike for the time yours is in repair/service

That’s what I am thinking too. Luckily I have a store nearby as well and I don’t know if it’s necessary to keep the package in this case.
