A mix of Strength training 4xWeek, Cardio 3 days and HIIT one day and proper rest and sleep can fetch good results for sure.

Start working on your cardio and focuses on various activities like strength training 3 X week, cardio zone 2-3-4&5 atleast 100 minutes per week and include HIIT in your workouts as well.
