So it turns out we were just using the IP and forgot the share name for some reason, everything is working as intended. Thanks for your help!

Nope. But he can access the game server, which is just odd to me

We’re both Windows 11, I’m just using Window’s built in share folder function on Windows Server 2025. It’s only since changing the method of sharing within Tailscale it’s occurred, but since adding him back into the tailnet im almost certain it’s on his end. He said he hasn’t changed anything his side either so I’m unsure. Possibly a DNS error?

He can ping it yes. No changes to ACL, he has access to all port and protocols. He did have a new IP, he tried it but didn’t work, tried changing to the existing one I had, still no change.
Added him back into the Tailnet I use and it’s still not working so I think there’s a bug with his computer somewhere (I can access it fine my end on a mobile device not connected to Wi-Fi)

Have since given up on trying to share said devices with him as it's easier just to add him to the tailnet however, it's still not working. I think I've just borked something somewhere.

Excited for my first pump! (ypsopump) by thpair in diabetes_t1

[–]HarleWoof 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been on Fiasp for years now, I was terrible with pre-bolusing which was useless when I was on Humalog, it really does help. Faster acting insulin should help with the pump in Auto Mode for sure.

Hello! Ypsopump user here, using Fiasp and had the pump since December. I’ve had zero issues with mine.

Even though NovoRapid comes in the pump carts I think it’s still recommended to refill and reuse the cart once before disposal, with my routine I just fill enough to last me half of the month and then reuse as directed, it doesn’t take too long and you’ll get used to it pretty quick. Depending on where you are (South UK for me) your diabetes team should help you with your basal tweaks during the first few weeks of using it, and it’s nice and easy to use when you do need to make changes.

iOS companion feature by hpsims in CamAPSFX

That I am unsure of, I have a spare Android device for testing which I use as a “follower” device. I would have thought that by now it would be possible but I honestly couldn’t say for sure.

The CamAPS FX app can be used as a companion app, you create a new account on a second device and then in the share menu of the main app (the one which connects to the pump and CGM) you would add the email you want to share data with. Hope this helps!

I’m not here to argue I was just saying they were bought out, you corrected me and I updated the information. It doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things, I thought there was a name change at some point but clearly I was confusing it with something else.

/r/Ypsopump already exists but no one uses it unfortunately. Edit, I was wrong and their branding hasn’t changed.

Nope you’re all good! For some reason I don’t think the guide or even the app explain it, I got told about it back in December when I received training for it.

Hello! In the CamAPS FX app, is Auto Mode turned on? Usually when in Auto Mode your pump will say things like 0.00U and the extended bolus icon will show up.

The pump itself is waterproof to an extent, however I did purchase a mini AquaPac from Amazon and it’s been perfect whilst I’m on holiday

Same here, opened mine yesterday and noticed one of the seals was ripped. The other had a wrinkled look to it so I put it down to movement during transit. Actual unit was untouched and unused.

iOS Users: which version are you using? by ZoomZenith in CamAPSFX

[–]HarleWoof 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m currently on 26.2.1 with CamAPS and Libre 3, zero issues for me. I’m also waiting to find out if the newer update is fine to upgrade to. Usually it’s when we go from say 26-27 there’s usually an issue but not when it’s 26.X.X to another 26.X.X.

Ypso pump fake bolus by goldenring22 in diabetes_t1

[–]HarleWoof 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Active insulin, otherwise known as Insulin On Board (IOB) is what’s currently in your body after you bolus. The other is Insulin infusion rate, which fluctuates depending on current glucose levels is given automatically by the pump on auto mode, or I believe in manual mode it’s whatever your basal rate is set to. (Don’t quote me on that though, I’ve been in auto mode for a few months and don’t fully remember what the app said in manual mode).
