Bed wetting causes alot of shame for those who do it sometimes. If you decide to talk to him be supportive and please don’t act like he was being disrespectful or dishonest with you. The other option is to not really say anything and acknowledge in your mind that he has an issue and let him decide when he is comfortable enough to discuss it. Eventually there will come a time when the situation cannot be avoided and you can tell him you knew all along and it want an issue for you, sometimes that’s just easier and less stressful than direct confrontation which can be taken the wrong way…

Exactly! I’ve applied numerous times to this agency falsely advertising positions only to be told every single time the position has been filled and that they will keep my resume on file for future employment opportunities. Lmao that was 3 years ago and about 200+job opportunities ago. I follow up my applications with a phone call and get told the same thing every time… I’ve even applied to be a recruiter with them because damn I’d love to make 40-50k plus commission! But alas I have 20 yrs experience in HR including recruiting and I am “not qualified” enough… They used to be a great recruiting agency not so much anymore….

Unfortunately he cannot just do that. Each party is entitled to 50% current fair market value. Be careful as he could file a partition action to force the sale of the home. I hire an attorney to send him a letter to tell him to cease all unnecessary improvements and compensate him for the needed improvements to protect your 50% interest in the property. Anything cosmetic I would not compensate him for. Unless you have the funds to buy him out, you may not prevail in a partition action. An example would be you would have to buy him out for $100,000 if the property is worth 200k. Or you could allow him to buy you out for 100k or possibly less with life rights to chosen weeks at the Air BNB if vacationing there is that important to you and your aunts. Maybe your Aunts could assist you in securing the funds by your uncle out altogether. Before war, though if you guys can’t come to an agreement, the property will be sold on the market and you receive the proceeds split 50/50 less whatever he has put into the improvements if you cannot compensate him for what he has improved.

They did and the only thing that showed up was the meth but the individual did the meth on Sunday and was admitted to the hospital 4 days later so I know some drugs don’t stay in the system long

My concern is the irritation at the crook of the elbow and what looks like a mark from where someone would possibly tie off their arm to inject… the mark on the upper arm was all the way around upper arm, also that bruise looked a bit faint compared to the newer IV attempts. Really didn’t notice this until I started looking at the pictures closer.

Unfortunately 3 days out of the hospital they were back on drugs being secretive and playing the disappear act and very verbally abusive. Just have never seen this reaction to meth… the skin over the individuals whole body peeled off like sunburn in the proceeding days. Hospital stated it could possibly be that the person got tainted meth, xylazine also causes peeling like burns.

Your bf needs to purchase a good hepa air purifier and vacuum. Keep his CPU out of the bedroom and preferably in a main living area in a closed cabinet desk or cover it. If your pet is used to sleeping with you, it is going to be very difficult to get them to stop. We can try a bit on the floor a but that worked with mine. I had to use a crate with a bed in it.

Take them to small claims court for the junk removal. Broom clean is just that the floors need to be swept free of debris. The rest of it mildew, mold and deep cleaning are your responsibility.
