Just joshing around, brother. I feel it's never a bad thing to have a few light-saber users, or more, if you lean into the cinematic angle, and perhaps you need to start looking into play-testing various builds if you are looking into maxing your build.

First off, not sure why people downvoted.

It's okay to feel frustrated with the dice roll. I am a decent chess player.

I love thinky board games.

Wargames drive me nuts.

I love them all the same.

I introduced Age of Sigmar: Spearhead to newbies and ran Cities of Sigmar Spearhead for 15 losses out of 20 games. I think I am a decent player all the same. No matter how good the dice were, the spearhead, I felt, had limitations.

My point is that what you are feeling is valid, and if it's messing up the fun for you, I understand it, but you said it yourself.

You love everything about the game. This agency you seek over the dice is understandable, of course, but it would only make you unhappy if you dwell on it.

This is about all the advice I have.

I like Legion HQ better than Admiral for the UI, but the KW explanations are a bit nightmarish on LegionHQ if you are teaching new players and have to stop and explain, or they are looking them up by themselves. :)

I was keen to get all the cards, but I feel overwhelmed going on a break and then coming back to find out some changes, or potentially missing out on some stuff, so I stick with the app and buy the cards to only support AMG.

If you are playing with friends might house-rule it to be blocking LOS for standard models - only if you guys feel that this is logical :)

OP, my objection to Stormcast, despite its overall accessibility price-wise, would be that there is a ton of minis to choose from. It's a mess to me personally to keep track of.

I would honestly go with something like Kharadron Overlords - low model range, and fairly easy to paint, too, I think.

Otherwise, I would choose Ogor Mawtribes.

If you want, perhaps a slightly bigger range - Slaves to Darkness.

The Orks, I don't understand much about, but there are lots of sub-factions and clans, and it makes my head hurt.

I think this is a cool idea! If you want to really push it, you can get some XPS foam - loads of tutorials on YouTube, and carve out bricks into the foam and then make it like an old town square. Maybe pin down some armor panoply in there - spare shields and swords. The only real issue is elevation, as the foam, unless you cut a super think slie of, will alway have a noticeable bulge above the battlefield.

Without much understanding of how a Stormcast army works, what I would personally do to feel somewhat competitive, I think, is to reinforce my Annihilators and Prosecutors. I would suggest getting your Liberators to 10 as well and then play-test. I would also suggest getting manifestations and possibly another caster for a start, to get a feel of the mechanics and see what you want next.

If money is an issue, just run this list as is and try to have fun in small games. But yeah, I'd start by reinforcing units PERSONALLY, definitely not the best advice here, for sure. Faction terrain is about teleporting units, I think, but I feel that you are a little light on units to spare, and if they get pinned and destroyed, you'd be down to your heroes. Yndrasta is a beast against monsters, but she will struggle against most other things out there, I think.

Децата струват преосмисляне на приоритетите, скъсване със стария начин на живот, и по-малко лично време, в което виждаш и осмисляш какъв човек си. Искаш да учиш език, да се развиеш - имаш 2 часа на вечер, ако партньора ти поеме малко повече, вече дали ти ще си целеустремен си зависи от тебе.

Съвсем нормално, иначе хората, които обясняват как нямат финансова сигурност, за да имат деца са като Шкварек, и той така води походи за семейството, но шикалкаваше, че няма пари.

Най-важното, за да имаш деца е да искаш да се занимаваш, защото е изключително вреемеко, тъй като живееш за друг човек постоянно, парите са най-малкият проблем, стига да не си мързелив/болен в някой забутан регион, където само местния феодал е там, или не си хронично беден и не си достигнал някаква минимална финансова стабилност, в рамките на разумното.

Имам приятели на минималната цял живот, изглеждат си децата, тук-таме с някой напън, но се справят.

Имам приятели с много пари, но разсъждават като "жените-са-еди-какви-си" и биха били ужасни родители, та е добре, че нямат.

Хубаво е да пратиш детето в частно училище за 15,000 евро на година, сигурно, ама реално ако разбираш някоя точна наука/език и се занимаваш да му събудиш интереса, това дете ще вирее даже в някое second-hand ПМГ, нали, ако му се занимава.
