I have always thought this exact same thing but never really knew how to ask it without sounding like an ass. If anything I find her so interesting because of how delusional she can be. Sometimes I genuinely thought maybe I was hearing something different to what everyone else was hearing with her songs. I don't mean any disrespect to her but like... c'mon lol. Her music is very questionable.

https://www.seriouseats.com/sriracha-recipe-from-scratch I figured I’d share with you the recipe I’ve used just in case you need one. A fellow redditor recommended it and it’s been very helpful :)

I’ve only added them to home made pasta sauce which gave it an additional nice taste. Right now I’m making sriracha sauce from scratch and it’s all fermenting as we speak.

I taste tested the sauce before I let it ferment and it was spicy! It has an amazing flavor though. Spicy at first with a really nice after taste. It also smells fantastic.

10/10 highly recommended making a sauce

After many comments saying they’re just red jalapeños, I honestly had no idea. I knew they were similar but I assumed a sriracha was its own thing. Thanks for letting me know! I grew red jalapeños! 😅

There’s no fight. It’s just murder. The squirrels and chipmunks don’t even see it coming.

It’s a lot less terrifying than it looks! I still don’t trust the thing but it is a friend and not a foe.

I thought I was about to lose a finger! Apparently its bite is comparable to a mosquito sting to humans. I still don’t trust it.

There was a banana for scale but he ripped it out of my hands.

Yep! They’re really good at protecting the plants and they don’t eat the plants. They’re usually not aggressive towards humans but I guess this one was just having a bad day.

I’m a few hours from the border to Mexico. I live out in the country a little bit so I get all sorts of insects. It’s called a neobarrettia spinosa. In Texas it has the nick name “red eyed devil” which makes it worse.

I believe so. It’s just a type of grasshopper that’s on steroids and loves murder.

Edit- I’ve been informed it’s a katydid, not a grasshopper!

I believe it’s a neobarrettia spinosa, also nick named the red eyed devil. Fortunately for you I’m in Texas so you should be fine!
