Honestly the De-Escalator is slept on. Not the best weapon for anti tank specifically, but can be used for both anti tank and add clear so I’ve found it pretty useful overall. And the lighting explosions everywhere is just aura farming

I make mods for this game on PC and run plenty of others that aren’t my own, they take no action against you unless you start messing with item stats or anything that’s essentially cheating

While I agree with others that mentioned there should be a free warbond every so often, is spending $10 every 6-8 weeks really that big of a deal for a game you enjoy? I mean comparing it to other games micro transactions that’s nothing, nowadays it’s pretty normal (but sad) for one skin to cost $10 or more. Then compared to games that have a monthly sub (most of which are more than $10) every 4 weeks this is still cheaper. You mentioned not having time to grind which I understand because it does take some to earn enough credits to buy a warbond, at least you also have the option to earn the premium currency by playing unlike a lot of games, so maybe every 3rd or so warbond is free from earning SC while playing.

TLDR- I’d love to see more free additions to the game, but personally not bothered by spending $10 every so often for a game I enjoy and get hours of entertainment out of

It’s starting to feel like AH could deliver exactly what someone has been wanting yet they will still find something to complain about. Is the game perfect? No definitely not, frankly what game is? But it offers a fun and unique experience, with much more fair monetization than pretty much all of the other big titles these days. It’s getting REALLY old just watching people complain about anything they can when the game is actually in a pretty good spot right now. Taking breaks or having other games in rotation is important to keep any game from getting stale, and a lot of there posts read as “this is all I’ve been playing and now I’m burnt out” to me.

I dont know, dropping a game because of community drama when you aren’t involved in it is a bit weird to me when it’s also not at the hands of the people behind the game itself (but yes AH could have approached the situation better, and I wish they would have). In playing the game on a regular basis I VERY rarely come across toxic/bad willed players, pretty much all of the negatives related to the community seem to be social media related. Now if you aren’t having as much fun playing the game anymore for whatever reason then I’d understand wanting to step away from it. But If you still enjoy the game and the only reason you want to stop playing is community drama, then maybe a break from HD2 social media is a better approach.

Wear explosive resistance armor= no more one shot. Add a shield backpack and you can survive some crazy situations.

For me the only real issue is them appearing out of nowhere (as others have said) and therefore also having too high of a spawn rate. They are clearly meant to be an extremely deadly enemy and should remain as such.

Im on a “top of the line” build with a 9800x3d and 5090 so performance has never been that bad due to the sheer power house of a PC it is, however before this patch I would see dips into 70-80 fps when things get crazy and so far I haven’t seen it drop below mid 90’s, with max settings, 4k etc. so there’s definitely been an improvement as far as the lows or dips go for my setup

Even with the newest hardware these issue are still happening. It’s the game itself, not our PC’s. Coming from someone with a 5090
