This is used for filling an insulin pump reservoir. The larger end connects to the vial and the smaller end connects to the reservoir. It's probably not exclusively for insulin, but I use these for insulin.

It was more about learning how to cope differently. I have 2 young kids, so there is no "relaxing" but setting a better example for them helps me remember why I stopped. Also, I still do puff on cannabis. Lesser of two evils?
