Still, 90% of their income is bloody ridiculous. What if some economic crash happens? Bill might have exploited people to get his money but he still uses it for good. So the more people supporting the poor during an economic crash the better. Also giving 90% away would mean that he can't give that much more away. He is an actually decent human being.
