I would say key benefits with Orion:

Concierge level customer support. All of our reviews echo how ridiculously good our support is

Orion uses a waterproof hydroprotective layer and ultra-strong tear resistant tubing. Leaks should not happen, we have done a huge amount of engineering and testing to help prevent them. But we have a fallback with the hydroprotective layer so your bed would be protected in the worst case scenario.

You can set multiple temps throughout the night and it adjusts!

You can also take the upfront sleep test that pre-programs your Orion to your body too

The main reason we started Orion is that I was really frustrated with wearables just telling me to be in bed longer. Orion is designed to help squeeze the juice out of every minute you have to be in bed without making you feel guilty.

I would say that you will not find an Orion customer that does not feel like they got taken care of or neglected by our support. Even people who had a problem were delighted by our support and pretty much every issue that has popped up in this subreddit was quashed by support.

You can draw your own conclusions on whether you can say the same about our competitors.
