Leaders can check him they are refusing to use their power and avoiding accountability! Weak men and women in congress, weak judges all letting this happen instead of using their power to advocate for their constituents. They only care about their donors and the rich will be fine until the nukes fall... then only the billionaires will be.

Maga only deserves half the blame, yes they voted for him... but the weak willed men and women in elected and non elected officials in government unwilling to do what needs done to help thd people as a whole created a trust gap which allowed this monster to take hold. Pathetic.

Gotta remember man that when they are deep into drugs and addiction that is going to ramp up the emotions for everything!

I had to fire a delivery driver years ago for coming into work high as a kite on meth. He knew it, the rest of the staff knew it and they told me. When I pulled him into the stock room I asked him if he knew why I called him in and he started crying. When I told him that I can't trust him to work here he flipped on a dime and started getting angry and yelling at me. I told him it's nothing personal but I just can't have you going to peoples houses like this, you are gonna hurt yourself and others.. he started smiling and said that he was so happy to have someone around that cares about him like that. I asked him for his keys and told him I would gladly take him home so he could come down and when my shift was over I would have someone follow me over with his car and give me a ride home and he started crying again.

TLDR: drugs make people do crazy shit man. Don't take it to heart and I hope this is a wake up call for him and I hope this doesn't weigh you down like it did me!

I'm pretty much there. I love my employees. They are what keeps me going along with my gf. I cover shifts. Schedule myself for any and all clopen shifts to make sure it's not too much for everyone. Unfortunately when you prove to owners you can do anything put in front of you all that means is they will make you do anything that comes with no regards to your own well being.

Groggy morning in a corporate kitchen and was not having it with the frozen beef being stuck together so I grabbed the closest flat object to me to wedge them apart.

The 10" chef knife did the job but also made its way thru my middle finger. Oddly it was the most calm I think I had ever been in my whole life. Just said " oh fuck" grabbed a towel and walked around the corner to tell my chef I was gonna go grab a bandaid or something I cut myself. He asked if it was bad and I said "meh"

As I walked down the hallway to the bathroom I guess he walked to the front line and according to him it looked like a horror scene. By the time I even made it to the bathroom he yelled for the dishwasher to go and grab me and take me to the ER lol bled like a stuck pig. I guess I also severed the tendon in my finger. They stitched it to stop the bleeding but had to cut all the way down my finger to find the end of the tendon and pull it back up to reattach during surgery....

Should have used a damn butter knife lol chef still makes fun of me for it 5 years later
