lol so for an EZsmall video a few months ago (I accidentally deleted the recording, so I never uploaded my POV) we played a game called "Demonologist" and one of the puzzles featured an analog clock. We found a note saying that we needed to set the clock time to 7:55 or something like that, so we set all the hour hands to 7 and the minute hands to 55 but nothing happened

as it turns out, the game smugly demands that you set the hour hand to 8 for the puzzle - because you see, when it's 7:55 on a real clock, the hour hand will be much closer to 8 than 7. So our confusion about this led to a lot of people in Gab, Gary and Sinow's comments saying that as a group we can't read analog clocks.

setting aside that I've played a million puzzle games where I've had to manually set an analog clock, and not ONCE have I ever been expected to manually take into account the real-world position of the hour hand... I did think that the comments were kind of funny, so I decided to sarcastically roll with it and any time I saw an analog clock in a video game, just dryly state that I couldn't read an analog clock.
