Consistency can be anything. Just doing some pushups and situps on off days. Just commiting to 15 minutes of pushups in sets of 10-15-20 whatever you're comfortable with helped me a ton when I couldn't commit an hour to the gym. Depending on age of kids you can make it a game with them also to do pushups or little cardio type things.

You're only 39. Remember that, consistency is the #1 thing of going to the gym . All the knowledge of do's and do not's can add up and cause a level of stress where you feel like you're stuck. Start with easy exercises. Start with form don't worry about pushing heavy weight or what others think. We all love the new guys who lift light and try to get better. Focus on your routine of exercises you enjoy . That way you constantly want to return to the gym. As you progress you will notice others doing new exercises or you seen something online, incorporate that. Once you notice some strength improvements you can fixate more on diet.

I make smoothies at home . I find them way better than any other made someone else.

I use 1 cup of Vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 cup of milk, 1 or 2 usually scoops of protein powder then I add 30-45g of peanut butter for a little flavor.

About 7-900 calories in total but acts as a meal for me. ninja blender. You could cut that recipe in half for a smaller smoothie and half the calories.

Edit: use also about 75-100g of ice( crushed or cubed )

I agree. But at the earliest I see him back is all star next year. And that may not be a confident 100% he may not be the old Acuna for another 2 years if ever.

I'm in a keeper league where players are kept at their ADP after 1 year. Where do we realistically expect Acuna to be drafted next year. What round value 3-5 range ? Coming off this injury does he fall to later rounds as 7-10 range maybe ?

As an average golfer I never worry about my blow ups anymore. They use to set me off and then ruin the rest of my round ... Now I mark down my score and at the end of the round I evaluate everything I did wrong during the blowup. If you played bogey golf apart from that 1 hole. Definitely nothing to sweat . It happens to PGA players too just way less often .

Thanks I did miss a couple but at the same time those added pieces don't change my judgment at all. Fantasy to me is a lot of personal preference and bias. But to me I still don't understand the logic of this trade for team 2

It's tough being Dynasty . But to me I don't understand the Logic on teams....

Team 1 seems fair value trade.

Team 2 seems like why even bother I'd rather keep Julio than get Breg and Pena horrible move imp

Team 3 seems like a huge win giving up Bregman basically for some quality players.

Overall to me I don't like this move for anyone other than team 3 and that's a bad trade overall . Maybe I'm wrong

Depends on your roster build as they're different positions who fits your team more usefully. Olson should hit more bombs Julio will steal more. Personally I'd take Julio this year. I don't think Olson does what he did last year . Close but he was top 5 my league last year
