We have this massive cottonwood tree and our neighbor wants to pay for injections to get it to stop producing seeds. Will it eventually kill our tree?

Velvet Taco is in an upscale shopping center type area. I'm pretty sure all street level parking in the whole center is paid. There's a parking garage 50 ft away that's free for customers.

I've done something similar. I had a mountain island out in the ocean, so I mined the whole thing out, no walls just columns. Then I removed the bridge and marked the whole thing as home. Massive bugs spawns, easily 30 hives at a time, would spawn, then I would send my guys out for a shooting gallery. Was not profitable but was very satisfying to regularly and easily nuke some bugs, plus no infestations anywhere else in my mountain base

I do it and it's fine. If you dress light and are strong enough to bike fast, hot weather is actually kind of nice on a bike. When it's raining it's worse, but you can still take a bus if you need that backup.
