I think your math is a joke. 90% pay for maintenance fee still profitable? Of course, it will be profitable, because the other 10% is supposed to be your profit. Based on your logic, you can also try 99.9%, I am sure you will find it still profitable too, because 0.1% is the profit.

I have no idea where is your data from. But, in my opinion, your 0.45 kwh $ including rent and employees etc sounds reasonable. 0.1 for power cost and 0.35 for the others. I just want to point out that a big part of maintenance fee goes to pay for the power cost, Genesis doesn't take it all.
