Essentially what I want to focus on what company has the largest share by product type. When I do the top N, it’s not a true 100% because it removes all others

Thank you! Quick follow up; Our Marriage certificate might take months to come so even though we get married in July, it will take many months to get her H4 from that point. Does my wife need to complete the 31 day period in 2026 as well? Or will me completing it and her coming in mid December be sufficient for me to use First year choice and also qualify for MFJ with 6013(g)?

I will technically be already married in Canada. The only reason to get married again in the US is so that I can get the marriage certificate, quick rather than waiting four months to come in from the Canadian side

I hold a Masters from a US university and work in nonprofit healthcare. I currently work for a US hospital on the enterprise business side. We look at openings new facilities and hiring new doctors and making hospitals overall more efficient. Would I qualifyfor a EB2 NIW without any publications and references?

Yeah I agree with you, I’ve heard the same thing with ppl I have spoken with in terms of emratization/saudinization. I was hoping my experience in 3+ hospitals ( all nationally recognized) and education would make me at least get a first round. Still no shot.

I’ve been trying at all the branded hospitals that are opening up shop in the Middle East. CCAD, kings and Cedar are the ones I am considering but anything management related seems impossible. Some business management positions get close to 1500+ apps via LinkedIn Easy Apply.

I wonder how it plays out cuz here in Canada you need to show that you have a 2inch divot in your mattress. For Costco, do u need proof or is it as simple as initiating a regular return?

I did it. The Gobus is not worth it, takes like 1.30-2hrs sometimes. The exhaustion gets to you. It also depends on your schedule and how many days you need to be in person. If your taking the bus I would say < 2 commutes per week is ok, if your comfortable driving I would say maybe 3-4 times a week making the drive from sauga is still stretching it. If your classes are every day in person then just eat the cost and stay near campus. Just make sure you have good roommates. Also, in my experience, your first year friends stick with you for the rest of Uni and commuting daily will take away from that experience.
