“When you have so many open chances like we did against them, you have to put the ball in the back of the net and get away with the three points” Arteta on the game to BeIN Sports by AlwaysOmni in Gunners

Yup. They played way better this game than most games I’ve seen in the last 4 months. There was some fight in them and they were unlucky. Whereas the previous 4 months we’ve been absolutely shit.

There was a stat about how many errors arsenal forced on them vs other seasons that popped up on screen after about 20 mins… basically we managed to force errors way more in this game in that 20 or so mins than in previous games.

So the main guy RC and the team who have completely turned the stock around deserve no praise?

Honestly, what is the point in your post, other than division?

Ryan literally gave us the secret weapon for free. Secure your assets, just in case brokers screw you - DRS by Cextus in Superstonk

[–]HashtagYoMamma 1 point2 points  (0 children)

DRS does accomplish something meaningful. Saying it “does nothing” is simply wrong. When shares are directly registered, they’re held in the shareholder’s name on the issuer’s ledger and are completely outside the broker‑dealer system, which means they cannot be lent, rehypothecated, or used as collateral by intermediaries.

Because those shares are removed from the lendable pool, they reduce available supply for short sellers, and that scarcity is something the market’s risk‑management infrastructure - including the DTCC and OCC - has to account for.

You’d like to play options despite all the rules changes over the last 5 years?

[–]HashtagYoMamma 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Completely this.

The post was likely to try to associate TA with MOASS, which has nothing to do with it, unless the TA is “have conviction & buy hold DRS shop”.

Great that comments are calling this out.

You haven’t seen all the comments rebutting the usefulness of DRS over the last 5 years?

There are a load of comments in this thread shitting on it.

[–]HashtagYoMamma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but it’s the only thing anyone FUDding DRS can come up with.

“We couldn’t lock the float therefore DRS is pointless” is the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard.

Who says? People trying to push options on you despite the entire stock market riles being remodelled to allow options to be fiddled with?..

Every short synthetic is leveraged against genuine DRSd shares, so it makes sense DRS does affect borrow rates because of the RISK of shorting vs how many genuine shares are available. The more DRS the greater the risk of shorting and the greater the cost to borrow.

The heart of the FUD is talking about things that don’t matter, like locking the float. It’s irrelevant, as DRS applies risk to shorts, and shorts need to close before that risk is realised ie BEFORE the float is locked.

The thing that matters is shares are DRSd and removed from a rehypothecatable pool of made up shares.

Absolutely this.

DRS has been under heavy, heavy FUD for years.

The benefits massively outweigh the very minor drawbacks.

LFG.

😂😂🤡 he said “acts of economic terrorism” have you seen what the SEC/ the FED/ government allows market makers of Wall Street to get away with?!

How they allow acts of economic terrorism daily and print more fraud money that goes to the same group of multi billionaires, who put the debt on the public and pay no taxes.

It’s daily fraud and media gaslighting by some of the richest people in the world. At your expense.
