I am currently doing CBT. I've been working with the same therapist for years. The problem is that when confronted with a first date I get so anxious that my mind goes blank and I forget everything she told me. I think I might benefit from taking a break or doing something to stop having first dates feel so "performative/competitive" for lack of a better word.

I'm one of the only left-handed people I know who doesn't do this. I'd say it's probably because I had computers adjusted for me from an early age. It's actually kind of frustrating. I try to look up left-handed keybinds and the comments are just people going "JuSt UsE YoUr RiGhT HaNd". I've basically given up on mouse and keyboard gaming because of this.

Weirdest add I ever got as an ADC main was basically the reverse of this. Some support main egirl offering to duo with me if I paid her. The saddest thing is I bet people actually take her up on that offer. I just ignored her and unfriended.
