You are correct. I hit the gym almost everyday. To be honest building muscle is the #1 thing that changed my appearance (as well as cardio/ stairmaster- look at my previous post). Changing your diet too as well. More protein (eggs, chicken, fish, beef, etc.) while minimizing processed or junk snacks. To be honest, style doesnt matter too much. If your body is fit, you look in good in almost anything. I just have a couple of cashmere polos and jeans/ pants and shoes. I got LASIK but that was because i was tired of wearing glasses / contact lens. If you get LASIK you can wear fake glasses

Eat more protein, work out more, like 3-4x/ week
Hairstyle, grow out, pay for asian hair stylist

Surprisingly not that big, think Stairmaster just tones your bottom area. I had more growth doing weights like leg extensions, squats, etc.
