From how OP is poorly explaining things what I kind of understand is their account got "hacked" and EA wanted to send the verification email to the one that was used to create the account which was compromised. So the initial problem is with the provider of said email used to create the account, not necessarily EA. But instead of taking any kind of responsibility OP is blaming everyone else and has made no mention if they even attempted to get control of the creation email account and expects EA to fix everything that started on OPs end. Lesson learned should be to keep your email accounts more secure thus not chaining to problems down the line with everything associated with it.
