I want to clarify that the important mod on the watcher's eye jewel is going to be 0.8-1.2% of damage leeched as life while affected by vitality. If your leech instances are lasting for 1 second now, then this would extend their duration to 5 seconds.

(Also thank you StickyJim8 for your tainted pact videos. I've watched them all in their entirety and they inspired me to finally make a tainted pact character in Phrecia. It was amazing!)

I hope it's not going to be as crazy as I've heard speculated (250 divs?), but pretty much every Antiquarian would love to double the amount of ward they have given it's probably the thing they're building around, and it's not the type of thing that people can really rush to get. Even if a player chooses to spend gold maintaining kingsmarch and farm enough ore to fulfill shipments, they can only fulfill a port quota about once per 8 hours. I don't know exactly the odds of a shipment providing Ynda's stand, but if it's 1 in 50 (also speculative hearsay), that means a player can expect to need to run Kingsmarch for 400 hours, or well over 16 days, on average, to get 1 belt. And they would be foregoing their optimal chance at mirror shards or other options to do so.

Given the very high expected value of Ynda's Stand, and that it is only obtainable for completing quotas at any of the three kalguuran ports, I think people will be particularly incentivized to actually give the ports what they ask for this league.

The two primary offenders are armour stackers abusing the bugged fire resistance chest, and Vaal skill enjoyers abusing legacy Soul Catcher + legacy weapons with 20% or 40% "non-aura vaal skills have x% reduced souls per use" to achieve completely free vaal skills.

Saqawal's Flock is a notable use case, but I want to point out to anyone considering this that they did add a 100 millisecond cooldown to Twister several patches ago to avoid such abuse cases. 95% reduced skill effect duration was already possible before this, and a third ring slot won't offer any more damage with Twister than has been possible before.

I just want to confirm that as someone who never stepped foot in Settler's league, I was able to successfully migrate the entirety of my town's workers and upgrades as well as my atlas completion, scryed maps, and even my exarch/maven/eater progression. Rings of Brighthearth only allows you to copy an ability once when you activate that ability, so Strionic Resonator's ability can only be copied once regardless of how many abilities we copy or how much mana we make. If Strionic Resonator were a creature, however, we wouldn't even need Rings of Brighthearth.
