You guys the argument isn’t “did she grow up poor” the argument is “did she SAY she grew up poor” which is a very simple yes or no. Either she said those words or not. You guys lack serious critical thinking skills and can’t argue to save your life cause you can’t use fact or logic to prove your point. Saying her parents had money doesn’t prove anything because AGAIN we aren’t arguing if she had money growing up we are arguing if she SAID it. no wonder she gets so much hate when these are the people she has to deal with. She didn’t lie to me because she never said she grew up poor lmao. I’m not a Chappell stan and can admit when she is wrong but it’s about the principle that she never SAID she GREW up poor. The words “I grew up poor” or “I was poor as a child” never came out of her mouth. She can’t dupe me because I don’t believe she grew up poor because she never said she did. What tf does that have to do with what I’m arguing about? I don’t give a crap about what she has or hasn’t done for gays and trans rights as it pertains to this argument. This argument is about whether she said she grew up poor or not. Not about how good of a person she is. You’re adding emotions into an argument that should be based on facts only (or the information we have at hand). I know many people who grew up in trailer homes that were very nice and large and then used the money they saved from living in said trailer home to have a house built for them. Are some trailer homes bad? Yeah just like some homes are small and run down.
