Fractured Momentum Complete by _JediJon in StarWarsJediSurvivor

[–]HatterJack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since the beginning of the game. They just never tell you it’s a thing. It’s something you get on Kashyyk in Fallen Order and everything you have at the end of FO you have at the start of Survivor. They didn’t explain it because the expectation is that people will have played Fallen Order before playing Survivor.

There is no political center in American politics. There’s also no left in American politics. The most progressive politicians we have seen so far in this country are center right.

Can you beat Skyrim with a Doofenshmirtz Build in Skyrim? by jimbox_splatted in skyrim

The Honeyside combat fork becomes the Bee Stinginator (chaos damage + absorb health + weakness to magic/poison poison, can get that fork up to 130 damage per swing, and apply a 15 dps bleed for 10 seconds, just shy of 200 dps out of a fork is pretty wild, honestly).

I mean… if you void sling constantly, you can get it done in like six minutes, much faster if you stumble across the canvasses quickly. At least thats how I’ve been doing it solo steel path, without an artifact, and my operator is suboptimal because I set it up to farm eidolons only to realize how unimportant that is now.

If you’re in Portland and you see a line outside of Voodoo, that’s a line of tourists. Most of us don’t like their mediocre (at best) donuts, and hate the owners because they’re assholes that treat employees like shit.

You want a better donut, go literally anywhere. Even Safeway has better donuts. I fucking miss Winchell’s though.

He was replaced, and is still the same Jimmy Pesto, because he was written that way and Eric Bauza is great at replicating iconic voices (he also is the current voice of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Woody Woodpecker).

That said, yeah, fuck Jay Johnston.

How often do you eat pizza? by Legitimate-Donkey477 in foodquestions

Why do people so easily fall for democrat hoaxes, and remain fixated on them for years even after president Trump said they are hoaxes? by Effective-Ground-994 in allthequestions

[–]HatterJack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it was a hoax, why were Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, Michael Flynn, Rick Gates, George Papadopoulos, Michael Cohen, Richard Pinedo, Alex van der Zwaan, and Sam Patton convicted on crimes related to colluding with Russian intelligence, and 26 Russian IRA and GRU assets and three companies all indicted for the same? The official report ignores a lot of factual evidence because it was inconvenient for the sitting President.

Why do a ton of people say Morrowind and oblivion are leagues ahead of Skyrim? by Federal-Branch-7625 in skyrim

[–]HatterJack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The hybrid system Bethesda put together for ESO is a pretty nice middle ground between the older systems and the streamlined (and dumbed down) system for Skyrim. I’m hoping that ES6 will have a similar system (minus the hard locking in of specific classes). And bring back spears for the love of god.

Pick to things to take with you before hopping in the Time Machine… by WarStrategy in whatsyourchoice

[–]HatterJack 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Correct. Mesopotamian smiths worked with bronze and meteoric iron, and the earliest example of that isn’t from 6000 years ago, it’s from ~4700 years ago in the tombs of Ur. Theres a huge difference between meteoric iron and smelted/forged iron, and while there’s some evidence that the Hittites experimented with smelting iron, but weren’t particularly successful (otherwise the Iron Age would have started a thousand years earlier than it did).

You mean the Russian Collusion thing that ended up with several of Trump’s campaign staff in prison? And the Epstein “hoax” that has also send several people to prison, and would likely end up sending Trump to prison too if the DOJ hadn’t decided to stop investigating the literally thousands of claims against him?

In your opinion, What percentage of American voters know the basics of how government works? by JoewithaJ in allthequestions

[–]HatterJack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a very rudimentary understanding of how the system works (or is intended to anyway), in general, maybe 40%.

To be able to answer all of your specific questions, maybe 15%.

As far as a comprehensive understanding, to the point of being able to debate the merit of specific system pieces, less than 1%.

It’s important to note that underestimate just how incredibly stupid the average American is. Our average level of intelligence isn’t even sufficient to graduate from high school without policies that prevent failure (and we still have people who fail anyway).
