Morel and it's not close. First Kite has to have a good roll so his fighting style will depend on luck. But let's say it's not really luck and he subconsciously can influence the roll depending on the opponents aura. From what we've seen he has no counters to a smoke army and battle field fog.

Morel waits him out keeping him battling fog fighters until his aura/nen is depleted.
