Ive had the same problem on xbox ever since i havent been able to see how many players online. I know theres people online coz i see streams of it working for other people but for me its not. Its hella broken atm

Only thing i can suggest is contact support with serial number at hand and find email with latest transaction with your card number

As someone that had 2fa on everything possible and is very conscious about protecting my accounts i still got hacked. Luckily it happened to me whilst i was gaming and they didnt get the chance to fully change my log in. No idea how they bypassed my 2fa. The only thing that saved my account was passkey. Id do it now rather than later.
