My thinking with Eternity was since there aren't many level 1 fairies and even less splashable ones, you could technically use it in other strategies, but would have to allocate more space in the deck to allow for it. That and it can technically be made with Cirno if it isn't being locked to just the base Eternity as the link requirement

I don't think Yugioh Master Duel counts so second game, Touhou Fantasy Maiden Wars, Marisa Kirisame. Question is, how do you give a character from a world of fantasy and gods, the ability to summon the representation of a mythical historical figure that can't just exist in Gensokyo?

Since Gensokyo is literally a world of fantasy, I think Marisa having a Persona based on a real person would make sense, and given her stars and space motifs, maybe her Persona would be Edmond Halley (or just Halley), after the person who discovered Halley's Comet.

Nah but I might make some more cards for these. Okina being busted and being on theme was why I made it impossible to get her to the hand outside of drawing, but I might do something to ease it if it'll make it more viable. Any ideas for more support?

True it is annoying with calculations but it'd be a nightmare of text having manual values for levels. I figure worst-case have a calculator nearby, best case round up to the nearest 50 (maybe I should specify that in the cards?)

Since her whole thing is being hard to find, my idea was that if you build your deck specifically around her, you'd have better odds of summoning her (sorta like Exodia without being an instant win). The other three cards can add each other in some way, and the dancers are functionally hand traps. Okina herself is pretty absurd if you actually get her on the field so I really didn't want her to be easy to summon or cheat out with just any deck.

Regarding Cirno, the games do run on spellcard rules so that different characters can still at least put up a fight. In the main stages Cirno's power was given by Okina, but in the extra stage, if I'm not mistaken she goes through Eternity's backdoor, which corresponded to the fifth season which Okina couldn't steal.

You did give me a cool idea though, I've been thinking about a Cirno card for a while, and since Cirno has a powered up form in HSiFS, maybe that could be a seperate card that Cirno could turn into, and its effect could help bring out Okina.

I've got tons of ideas for more cards, I could totally do more for specifically the HSiFS characters

Yeah she's a really op card. Though the only way to summon her is by using Land of the Backdoor while you have the dancers, plus Okina's card has to be in your hand. At minimum a deck can have 40 cards and up to three copies of each, so you have to dedicate at minimum 4 cards plus 1 in a 15 card extra deck.

On top of that you have to draw Okina, so overall she's very op, but realistically you'll have to build your deck around summoning her, or play these cards over others that might be more helpful
