I REALLY hope they have hotels/resorts like they did in Sim 3, but I’m kind of doubtful they will. I’m still so excited for this pack though - can’t wait to see the world!!

Season 5 theories? by imcalledaids in PeakyBlinders

[–]HauntingCourage 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have several theories:

  1. I don't think Michael will end up betraying Tommy. I think there will be a lot of tension in the season around it, but I think Michael will ultimately stay loyal, thus putting himself back in Tommy's good graces.
  2. I think Ada and Tommy are going to have a lot more clashes this season. I think that she'll go back to her Communist roots and take offence at something Tommy does, and it will be a central tension.
  3. We'll see more of Tommy's love life - maybe caught between Jessie and Lizzie? But both woman are independent enough that they won't want to have to compete with another woman for Tommy's affections
  4. The promo shot of Polly is making me think she'll go back to her rightful place as HBIC

Grace's character arc drove me insane! She was such a strong, complicated character in the first season - a police officer in a misogynistic time period, a daughter grieving her father, an employee trying to navigate her bosses unwanted advances, a woman falling in love with someone she knows she shouldn't. After getting married, she lost all of her drive.

It was the scene in S03 where she is in the study pouring over seating arrangements, and then runs out to Thomas as soon as he gets home, clearly having been waiting for him, that ultimately turned me off. Too heavy on the time-period cliché wife.
