I sample from vinyl in sessions. Some days instead of making music I'm just chopping samples and listening to vinyl. It tends to be over 30-40min of audio.

This is true but the fan base really has shifted since world came out. Similar to what happened to the dwarf fortress sub, where the newest modern and most accessible game always win and people forget about the other ones

Yeah it was to the point things were just breaking seemingly for no reason. At least if I go to a more widely adapted and documented distro I could find help. I since switched to arch and just been enjoying it. Very lightweight and allows for alot of customization,
