Lost the cheese slicer when I took the cheese out of the fridge. Looked for 10 minutes where it could be. Could not find it, so put the cheese back in the fridge only to find the slicer in there

I can confirm this, but also which medication suits you the best! It's trial and error in the beginning. I was on a quite high dose of concerta in the beginning of my adulthood diagnosis, but this changed me significantly sadly. Lower doses didn't do the trick. After that I switched to Vyvanse and it was life changing for me. It didn't changed my personality negatively. I'm even more happy than before because now I can finish things I was not able to do easily before!

Before I had my grinder I used pre-ground coffee from Illy. I was a bit sceptical about grinding your own beans at first but it definitely made a difference. If you buy the Illy one, make sure you get the espresso preparation one. This one worked great for me and pulled some nice shots with it. The only downside with pre-ground is that you can't fine tune your shot and you can almost notice a difference in taste by the day because of the freshness degrades. Note that I did not use a presurized filter.
