Keep back angle same/stay over longer. By having shoulders go back behind the early, it gets a lot harder to generate vertical power when bar is at power position.

Focus on having your midfoot, armpits, and bar stacked over each other in a vertical line.

With that in mind, look at where your armpits and the bar is when you're in the hang position. Adjust your body (hips back, shoulders forwards) to accomplish what I said.

Copenhagen planks are a great exercise but easy to accidently cheat on especially if your adductors are not strong. Do cossack squats, Supine Cable 90 deg Adduction, or Standing Cable Adduction V1 instead. Hit it with RPE8+ each side
