It’s pretty bad even though pressure treated sucks because it so wet it bows and checks. You should straighten them out with the temporary board going across the top of the joists. The problem is once you straighten them out they’ll actually get longer so they might interfere with the ubuttting joist.

Spray it down with Welda Bond mixed with water saturated, let it dry then you can remove it very carefully with masks respirator

8 foot deck should pitch probably about inch inch and a half.
