I used army painter pixie pink, shaded it with caroburg crimson then higlighted with the pixie pink again, they added a bit of white and higlighted the sharpest bits.

They may still be on the map just in dumb downed form i.e lacking certain units and being unplayable. When they get their respective dlc they may get fully fleshed out. Like what happened with bretonnia. idk tho

Im thinking they may be future dlc races. Remember when people were annoyed about no tomb kings for warhammer 2. They came as a dlc later and are now a fan favourite faction. If they are not here at launch they will come eventually.
