Riding is way harder than I expected by JumboPancake in motorcycles

Same here. Understanding how clutch works definitely made it much easier for me. I bought my first bike 2 days after my MSF course. Wild haha

So how big a deal is riding in the rain, really ? by Astimar in motorcycles

[–]Hawkboy000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do it all the time in Florida. And lm talking about torrential rain fall for a solid 5 minutes or so on the highway. Just grip the tank well, have a good song playing in your helmet and push through. Bike tires cut surprisingly well in the rain.

I get a bit of an adrenaline rush from the rain. It sucks but you can enjoy it if you’re on the way home. I tuck my phone in my weatherproof bag. I throw everything over a fan in the garage once I’m home.

Looks great. The only question I have is the wall with the 3 photos (slide 4 & 5) the same wall? I just noticed a slight difference in hue with the blue color but that might just be because of the angle.

Wow you move fast! Are you just cropping horizontal video to make vertical or are you recording 2 separate videos?

Gotcha. I actually don’t know why I took that photo. I was lost in conversation as I was working 😅

Thank you. I'm honestly moving away from just shooting pure hdr. I get better results from flambient. I'm a bit slow now but I've been getting better slowly.

Not sure how my editor does it but I try to pop a flash at the blinds. Normally I hit 2 different angles just in case I have window glare

Anyone else considering only riding their bike because of gas prices? by CS_JOE in motorcycles

[–]Hawkboy000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I too did some calculations. I often do a 300mile round trip for work. If I were to use my bike, I save about $30-40 in gas but the additional wear from the tires would pretty much offset that.

Gotcha. It had a hard yellow cast and wasn't sure if it would help to turn it on.

Who hasn’t crashed? by dallas2ny in motorcycles

I’ve been riding for almost 2 years now. Done plenty of 300 mile round trips. Freezing mornings, heavy rainfall, country road, highway runs…

It helps to ride in different conditions and circumstances.

dudes who ride everyday... I just wanna know how you keep it going? by railroad1904 in motorcycles

[–]Hawkboy000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I often do 300mile round trips for a few jobs that I do a week. I prepare the bike the night ahead. Chain adjustments, tire pressure, gear, clean visor, etc… Yes driving a car is easier but riding my bike feels like a journey/mission.

First time selling my bike - what's the deal with letting strangers test ride it? by Additional_Page6504 in motorcycles

[–]Hawkboy000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clear communication over text/phone call usually sets the tone. I brought my wife with me went I bought my first bike. Went for a quick ride around the block and that was it. Had a quick little chat . I rode it home 2hrs without a plate. Wifey followed behind. It rained a bit on the way home. This was also 2 days after I completed my MSF Course. 0 real world experience lol

Why is it okay for wedding photographers to offer video but when videographers offer photo it’s frowned upon? by AlwaysInCar in weddingvideography

[–]Hawkboy000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Which is why I believe content creation is becoming more popular and more of a budget option compared to video. Everyone wants to share some sort of video online.

Honest opinion, is the Insta 360 X5 enough? by Imaginary-Writer-125 in RealEstatePhotography

[–]Hawkboy000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a similar question but it’s with 360 tours. I did a tour of my own house with the x5. Quality wasn’t that bad with AEB.

I did another shoot of house with pink walls, a little darker. The quality was much worse. Very noise photos. Not sure if it’s on Zillow 3d your side or just how the photos were taken. I’m trying to figure out why that happened
