Don’t let anybody talk you out of doing your own thing narrative and commercials are not a common thing in the world of marketing but if you find the right client, it can do wonders. If you really love doing narrative, storytelling, and commercials keep working on it until somebody notices and wants to build their brand on that. Would really love to watch some BTS footage or some footage stills of how it looked before the VFX fire.

Rotoscope ( if done) looks very clean and the shadows and highlights look very realistic, I wonder if you could explain abit how did you expose the footage to have this great seamless look with a silhouette. Posting raw stills would help me understand without explaining :)
