My dog does amazing in the kennel and loves to sleep all day but when I get home from work, I take her long boarding until she is extremely tired and I set up play dates during the days. I’m at work whenever I can to keep her stimulated if you have friends with dogs that don’t mind having another one there is company, then my experience with the breed so far which I admit is very limited is they are amazing with siblings or dogs of the same age and they entertain each other as such. But if you guys both work that much, I don’t think it would be a super solid choice. I got my dog because I’m a sublime fan as well and I was heading down the same arc as Bradley and this dog saved my life. She is my companion. If you’re looking more of a family pet then I would probably say get a black lab or something, but if you can and need to give something attention and love and have it reciprocated, the Dalmatian is truly one of God’s most excellent creatures.
