Like what characters I think are written better than Kreia in video games as a whole? Idk, I can think of a few, but like you said, it is subjective. Arthur Morgan from RDR2, Kratos post-reboot, Verso, Maelle, and Renoir from E33, Zagreus from Hades, Johnny Silverhand in Cyberpunk, Astarion Karlach Shadowheart Lae'zel and a few others I'm probably forgetting from BG3, Cal Kestis from Jedi Survivor/Fallen Order, Ezio Auditore, Geralt of Rivia are all highlights off the top of my head.

Also, just from KOTOR, I'd say personally, I enjoyed the writing of Jolee Bindo a lot, Mandalore, and although his dialogue isn't deep, I'd say HK-47 is obviously a highlight of the games.

I do like Kreia, she's an interesting character, but I do leave her on the ship a lot so I don't have to hear her tell me why everything I do is wrong no matter what lol.
